Antoine spent eight years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Junior Partner focused on operational transformation, particularly in private equity contexts. His work covered cost optimisation, process improvement and organisational effectiveness.
He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and studied at Hult International Business School in Boston and Shanghai.

Woronoff
Ludovic was CEO and minority shareholder of La Compagnie du Lit, a network of 105 stores with €115M in revenue and 280 employees. His expertise spans sales, marketing, franchising and digital strategy.
Previously, he worked at Deloitte in audit and consulting for financial institutions, and at IPM Group in business development.
We combine strategic rigor with hands-on execution to drive sustainable value creation.
